About Site Content

When people visit your website, can they tell immediately what the site's content is? Is the site's subject clear upon loading, evident through links and graphics?

Is the text content you provide on your website relative to the site's topic? If paraphrasing from other sources, do you give proper credit? If your content is original, do you make it available to other sites of relevance to use, and do you include your link information?

Is your content well-written, free of spelling and grammatical errors? Is there a proper balance of relative keywords that may be targeted in search? Is your content compelling enough to prompt site owners of relative content to link back to you without being asked?

How often do you update your site? Do you provide helpful links to other sources, products, PDF documents? Do all outbound and inbound links work correctly? Do you use specific targeted keywords and phrases, words that an Internet user will apply to search when looking for your site?
